I got stuck in the elevator- the front desk man brushed it off as if it was nothing. Terrible and unsafe- I didn't know if I was going to be stuck for an hour or plummet to my death. Worse place I've stayed in.

The hotel is in a great location, despite the road construction in the area. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of items. The room was good, although we found the bed rather soft for us. The shower wall was leaking so a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor.

Nice place, the only major issue is ongoing construction that makes it a bit challenging to get to, but that is not the fault of the hotel. In the room, the only issues were a slow drain in the bathroom sink, and a dirty bathroom vent grill that impeded exhaust of steam significantly. These are easily fixed and were pointed out to the desk staff who said they will follow up. A very comfortable stay
