I was surprised by the every-other-day servicing of the room. The minuscule-sized notice on the bathroom mirror hardly provides the guest with this information — I had to go looking for it when I returned to my unserviced room. No chance for clean towels; coffee not replenished (never done during my 3 days at the hotel).

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Hotel has fully accessible wheel chairs for peaple with disability issues. Continental breakfast has great options to start your day. Would stay again in the future.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre, il y avait une bonne quantité de prises de courant pour recharger les appareils électroniques. Les commodités sont faciles d’accès (piscine, gym, glace). Le petit-déjeuner inclus avec la location de la chambre était varié, tout était disponible et c’était délicieux (même les enfants plus difficiles y ont trouvé leur compte), Très beau séjour avec les enfants!

Good free breakfast even with fighting thru crowds. Bedroom meagrely accessorized, a/c unbearable if wasn’t for engineer’s gift of blanket couldn’t have slept a wink. Bathroom clean, bright but again poorly accessorized. Front desk service favours non-existent. Rating of 2 stars out of 5, downright generous.

This hotel is very nice. On a quiet street, close to HWY, and restaurants within 2 minutes car ride. Approximately 10-15 minutes away from Tanger Outlets, Bayshore Shopping Centre. Beds are comfy and shower pressure is awesome. Did not use the pool but we did use the gym which is well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful new hotel so the rooms were modern and very clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything you need. If I was needed a hotel out this way again I would definitely stay here.
