Concierge never got birthday request messages, room service breakfast was very late but then they did a no charge to me, big deal it was lukewarm! When I first checked in I was assigned a room with many cigarette burns and a bloodied towel plus NO CLOSET! Can you call it a room with no closet? Food was mostly fabulous.
