The room was very clean and quiet. The quietness next to a busy airport was surprising. The staff were "over-the-top" in providing courteous pleasant service. The breakfast servings were numerous and nutritious.

Staff were incredible! We were able to check in 2 hours early, and had a late check out as well. The pool and hot tub area were so clean, and a perfect temperature. So many dining options for dinner, all close by, and 99% offer skip or uber Highly recommend this hotel! We’ll be back for sure

Good stay overall, clean and in a perfect location with easy, free parking. Super convenient access to both east and west Ottawa. The A/C was a bit noisy, but nothing major. Loved the nice view of the airport runway!
