Room ..beds not made ..hydro in room went off twice had to call maintenance who had to turn on at electrical panel! Hot water bottle..used and left in bed as covers just thrown on beds not made .had to ask to vacuum.

Great location for all the Ottawa tourist hot spots. Extremely walkable area, great dining options nearby, Starbucks is a block away. Staff were lovely, very accommodating. Beds were amazing 😍
