The exterior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. It looks like a castle, which made for a lovely first impression. The staff were exceptional, kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. It was quite small and had a strong, unusual odour that was hard to ignore. The air conditioning didn’t work well, and the in-room phone also didn’t work. There was no hairdryer provided, and overall, the cleanliness didn’t feel up to standard. The room was also very dark. While I appreciated the charm and the service, the room experience was disappointing.
