The room was clean, the bed comfortable. My issue is that i left the hotel at 0300 to catch a flight and when i checked out i asked for my receipt. I was told that they could not give it to me at that time and i would receive it later in the morning. I never received it and i need it for reimbursement purposes.

Would like healthier breakfast options such as cornflakes, plain yoghurt with no sugar, and fruit salad. Get rid of the paper cups in the rooms. Mine almost caught on fire when I tried to heat some water in the microwave. Also, they create too much garbage with their plastic wrap.

what went well? the room and staff were great. what did not go well? The price with taxes and fees included, was changed to a higher rate near the end of the process. so Expedia did a bait and switch.

We recently stayed 2 nights and had an excellent experience. We arrived really early but had no issues checking in, free of charge, well before normal check in times. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed and pillows quite comfortable. We were happy to have a personal use mini fridge in the room, free and plentiful parking and free hot breakfast included, which was actually pretty good. The only con and reason I can't give a 5 is the water pressure in the shower was less than desirable. I would 100% still recommend this hotel.

This hotel needs help. I’m a Hampton Inn member and wasn’t impressed. The checkin associate was very unwelcoming. Our room had no coffee table as seen in the photos. The washroom had gross debris on the wall. And the final straw was they haven’t even added smart tvs so you can’t stream. The only highlight was the good breakfast and very friendly breakfast attendants.
