The hotel is located in a great location with many restaurants, supermarkets, shops within walkable distance, and not too noisy. 20min from train station by public transport. The staff was super friendly. Suite comes with a kitchen and a little balcony. Just a note that the room was quite pricey. The property is old and not well-lit, the lights were dim. There's no toothpaste or lotion.

The front desk manager was EXCEPTIONAL!!! We love this special spot as it is walking distance to everything (i went to the NAC and saw Louise Penny) and right in downtown Ottawa!!! WE WILL BE BACK...OUR #1 SPOT IN OTTAWA!!

Booking said parking on-site. Arrived to find that it's $40/day... Parked at the City Hall garage (5 min walk away) and paid $6 for a 24h stay. Room was musty but clean and it was nice to have a kitchen. There was a loud vibrating (furnace?) that kept me up all night.. Hot tub was the best part and even that wasn't great. Solid 3 star experience.

It was a wonderful centrally located hotel. The staff were so great and very helpful. Gina needs a shoutout as she went over and above to ensure our stay was a great one. We were celebrating our birthdays that weekend. Gina assisted us with many things to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. She is truly an asset to your organization. We look forward to our next trip to Ottawa and our stay at your hotel. The room was spotless and all the staff was very courteous and welcoming - especially Gina.

The microwave was not working properly this morning. I tried to heat up some leftover coffee and there was no warming of the liquid at all. As I was leaving to catch an early flight, I did not bother to complain as I was able to purchase a hot coffee at the airport while waiting to board the plane.

Budget-friendly Great Choice

Fantastic budget hotel. More info on where to park with booking confirmation would have helped. Got the two-bedroom suite and it worked really well for us.

The hotel is at an excellent location and the room was very spacious. The only drawback were the two twin beds in one of the bedrooms. The beds were so flimsy that sleeping on them was almost impossible. After a couple of nights we put the mattresses on the floor and it was ok. The staff, the property and the upkeep was top notch. Rare to find such hospitality , even at some of the big brand properties.
