Love the location and the staff are pleasant to deal with. It's generally our go to hotel when we come for the annual Army Run. It's clean, close to the event, restaurants and the Byward market. Rooms are clean and have everything you need need.

Close to the Parliament Hill and University. A lot of dining options. When you arrive for check in keep in mind that parking in the street in front of the hotel is pay parking so you can get a ticket if you leave your car unattended.

Very clean, very well maintained. The room and everything in it was comfortable, and stylish. Staff are welcoming and great. The in house resto-bar was great as well, felt right at home and welcome. The area is nice, and safe. About the only thing that could be better is instructions on how to find the channel guide lol. I highly recommend Cartier Place!

Although the price of parking has gone up a bit, still is preferable to using public parking. Complementary parking for a lunch desk was greatly appreciated as was the later noon check out. Bath/pool robes and bottle of bubbly felt very welcoming Thank you
