Great location right downtown ottawa and close to the Parliment building as well. Staff were friendly. Hotel seems slightly dated, the cold water wouldnt get cold. But i loved that there is a bedroom and a living room as well as a kitchen. Theyre renovated from old apartments. Would definitely go back again and reccommend.

We recently stayed at the Cartier Place suite hotel in downtown Ottawa and had a great experience overall. While the hotel was a bit dated in terms of the decor and furnishings, the service more than made up for it. The staff were genuinely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is excellent. Walking distance to any of the areas we wanted to check out like Parliament and Byward Market, the Cathedral and museums, art galleries. Cartier was a solid choice for our trip to Ottawa. Will stay there again in near future.
