Breakfast was ok. For avocado toast, ask for the bread to be toasted more. It came almost untoasted. Service was great

Good points: well situated, the staff was kind and helpful (particularly the man for the parking). The room was a good size, clean and well furnished. The bed is comfy. It was a fair price for the room in winter. Negative points: it took more than 10 min of letting the hot water flow before getting any warm water (in the shower and at the sink). The first night, we took a cold shower because of it. This isn’t normal for an hotel of this kind. The room isn’t soundproof and people in the corridor woke us up several times. The lights in the room are too bright and not cozy. Be also aware that the clearance for the parking is 5”9 and that you have to walk outside and down a slope to get there. I’m not sure if it’s wheelchair accessible.

Your staff were exceptional - both the two we encountered at checkin and the two concierges. The room was very nice and we appreciated the mugs. The room was lovey and clean. We thought the lighting could do with improvement, it was harsh and low. Thank you.

Very convenient located establishment, very capable staff! The premium king suite was a bit cramped- one side of the king bed was a very steep slope - hvac system is bothersome. The restaurant should invest in an upgrade in their coffee system rather than the Kerig. Had to go down the street for a decaf.

Parking was a major issue. I wasnt tlld where parking was prior to coming. Ended up having to pay 35 dollars just to be able to stay until check out time. After having to wake up at 5:30 to go and try to move the company van to a paking lot that wouldnt cost me 25.00 for any parkinglot. (To not avail as they all didnt have enough clearance) and than on top of that not hot water. Closest convenience store with beer was a 10 min walk away too. Hard pass. more than 2 hrs
