It is an older hotel, and does require a touch up. Value for your dollar is questionable. Parking was not available for my vehicle ( pick up truck), and incurred a $70 fee for one night is extremely excessive. Otherwise, it is located within walking distance to most tourist attractions within the city.

The building and the staff were very nice. The room was good, but there were two issues about the room. The first was the wetness on the rug where the air conditioner was at, and the washroom sink taps were leaking from the knobs at times.

I like convenience. Locations very accessible to Parliament etc, and the O trains. Im less satisfied the TV channels, most channels give us a blank screens, but were Lucky to see the Winbledon finals & Golf... Still pleased about the finals, live, plus Microwave, we benefited. Thanks.
