Great stay, amazing location.

Breakfast was amazing, the location was great and the hotel was gorgeous. Our room was spacious with a full kitchen and a really big bathroom. Bed was comfortable, the sofa not so much but good for a couple of nights.

Review for Hilton Ottawa I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The pool and exercise area were not properly maintained — dirty, dusty, and lacking basic amenities such as private showers, water, or even wet napkins in the fitness room. Breakfast was another letdown, with long wait times that made the experience frustrating instead of enjoyable. Additionally, I had booked a room specifically for the view, but instead received a room facing a wall — which was extremely disappointing given the expectation and cost. Overall, the quality did not match what I anticipated from a Hilton property, and I would not recommend this location until improvements are made.
