Beautiful one bedroom suite with balcony with a small view. Impeccably clean, the room was well furnished, along with a full kitchen with a full size fridge and spotless appliances. Bed was a tad soft and the water pressure could've been higher but they're both personal preferences. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended.

It was very nice. I booked it Thursday for Saturday. My husband missed a restaurant within but it is not that type of hotel. We use cream/milk in our coffee and did not know this would not be provided. We called and asked but no response to our left message. But they kindly let us park our vehicle longer so we could sightsee more.

Whether you prefer dining out or staying in while taking in the sights around Ottawa, this is a fantastic place to stay. Staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is placed at walking distance of pretty much everything, including (but not limited to) Parlament Hill, The National Arts Museum, Byward Market, Rideau Centre, plenty of museums and parks that we unfortunately did not have time to visit. I will most definitely be staying here again and for longer next time. Great place!

Almost perfect stay.

There were only two areas I had issues with. 1) The pull-out couch was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. 2) There was no option to have your room cleaned prior to check out. Housekeeping did not come on their own till check out.
