The temperature control was not working and the room was extremely hot. Maintenance was called and they stated they fixed the issue, which they did not. We requested to move rooms, which we did but had the same issue with the second room. Terrible stay and poor customer service.

Their half hearted effort to inform people of their remodeling left us unable to work from our room the first night of our stay. We work remotely so we had counted on being able to work out of our room. The remodeling next door or upstairs was so loud I could not hear. When I called down to the desk at 10:00, she said, you will be checking out soon. That didn’t help my next hour of meetings. There is a difference between telling people about a remodel and telling them it may be noisy and inhabitable. Then, we wanted to cancel for our second night but Expedia makes it incredibly hard to do that, so we stayed there a second night. It was a Sunday so luckily no construction.
