The apartment was perfect. Was clean, renew, is not a hotel so they don’t clean every day. The Neighborhood has many restaurants and some grocery stores. They have a construction ongoing outside the building so is a bit messy

I could walk to Little Italy, but the best aspect was that the staff were accommodating. They placed my grocery order in the apartment and refrigerator before I arrived—exceptional service.

Lovely place with first class furnishings, and secure underground parking. The concierge told me when I checked in that the place only has 25 suites that are provided on the ground floor and mezzanine for people like us who have booked through sites like Expedia. We would not have stayed here if we knew that since we don’t like 1st floor accommodations, especially since we previously had a bad experience with 1st floor accommodations with someone trying to get into our suite from the outside patio while we were in our suite! Our suite here was on the ground floor and had access to the outside from the patio in the rear of the suites as well, so anyone from the street can walk up to your patio if they wish, which there were people regularly walking on the sidewalk path right next to the building. The shades that are provided are translucent so there is no total privacy in the evening, so we had to make sure that we were clothed at all times when in the living room/kitchen area! So we never had a complete comfort level while in the suite! There wasn’t adequate laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent provided for our stay, so you will have to go to the concierge and ask for packets every time you run out! There was no luggage cart, it made bringing up all of our luggage a big hassle! Kitchen items that were missing we needed: large spoon for stirring a beverage. No ice in the freezer or ice trays. No strainer. No corkscrew. There were also no chairs or table on our balcony!
