The staff were great. The view of the Falls from our room was amazing!! Enjoyed the nightly Managers reception, the pool, and the complimentary breakfast.

We had a great time at the hotel. The room is spacious and clean and we had a fantastic view of the falls. The staff are all accommodating, breakfast is good. We had a bonus drinks for adults at the lobby bar, excellent! We also made us of their amenities like the gym and the pool, these are all bonus for our stay. Overall, we had enjoy our stay.

First time here, we enjoyed it except the parking garage is tight for mid/large SUVs..absolutely LOVED seeing housekeeping cleaning almost ALL the time. Its location is pretty great as well. The pool was refreshing, and the hottubs were great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is over the top prices in my opinion.

We had an excellent stay at the Embassy Suites Niagara Falls as a family of four. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for kids, and the views were absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and the massage chair was an unexpected highlight — it added such a relaxing and wonderful touch to our time there. The staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay feel truly welcoming. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of variety, and one suggestion that would make it even better is to consider adding beef or chicken sausage for guests with dietary preferences. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended for families visiting Niagara!

Very corteous staff . One of the valet staff even one the door for us coming from outside . They will assist us in the elevator . And Also the the bell boy name kitchen is very nice saying my grandson that there will be fireworks and laser lights at night which amaze the boy in our 2 night stay . 10/10 . Excellent and memorable experience .
