What was unique about this property? Other than location to the falls, not much. To be a 40 plus story structure. Whoever designed, did not plan for enough elevators. Ridiculous wait times.

We were staying on the 17th floor and during our stay there was an issue with an entire set of elevators making the one elevator the only way to access floors 10-18. One elevator! It was big but at times we had to get on to go up just to go down so we could even get on the elevator. This was a major inconvenience which added a significant amount of time to every venture because no one wants to walk up or down 17 flights of steps!!! On the flip side, we did the offsite parking with the shuttle and the shuttle was very reliable and frequent. We never had to wait long for the shuttle. Although the offsite parking isn’t the most convenient it was probably quicker than the elevator time - no joke. Definitely recommend the offsite parking to save some money. The shuttle was always right there. I’d say we never waiting longer than 1-2 minutes for a shuttle.

Breakfast options terrible. Better not to prepay for breakfast. Elevators waiting time ...an average of 15-20 min if you are lucky. AC did not work properly in the room although got the top offering with full falls view. Overall too expensive per night ($1,000) while having these unpleasant issues.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were definitely some positives, a few major drawbacks made it unlikely I’d return. Pros: • The room view was absolutely amazing. Definitely a highlight of the stay. • Cleanliness was solid overall, and the room felt fresh and well maintained. Cons: • Housekeeping only services rooms if you stay more than four days, which was never made clear upfront. You’ll have to request fresh towels or make your own bed if your stay is short. • The elevators were a nightmare. There were long lines just to get on, and once inside, you’re packed in like sardines. It felt like a theme park ride, but not in a fun way. This alone was enough to ruin the experience. • The Starbucks and TGI Fridays inside are extremely overpriced, though that’s expected in a tourist heavy area Bottom line: If I ever come back to this area, I’ll be staying somewhere else. The elevator situation was ridiculous and made even simple comings and goings a frustrating ordeal.

We decided on Embassy Suite for our trip to the falls, the primary reason being that we found a room that faced the walls. When we arrived at the hotel, the service was prompt, offered us an option to upgrade the room. The stay was nice and quiet, the hotel was clean and our room was clean as well. As promised we had a nice view of the falls and witnessed fireworks. It was amazing, if I visit the falls again I will book the room with Embassy Suites.

I’m writing about my recent booking at the Hilton Niagara Falls on July 4, for which I was charged $1,956.33 CAD for one night. I understood the rate at the time of booking, but the quality of the experience did not reflect the premium price I paid. Here’s what I encountered: • The blanket in the room was torn, which was unexpected and unacceptable for a luxury suite. • There was no water provided in the room — not even a bottle, which should be standard. • During breakfast, a staff member addressed guests in a condescending and inappropriate tone, making the atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming. At nearly $2,000 for one night, I expected a high standard of hospitality and comfort, which simply was not delivered.
