What was unique about this property? Other than location to the falls, not much. To be a 40 plus story structure. Whoever designed, did not plan for enough elevators. Ridiculous wait times.

We were staying on the 17th floor and during our stay there was an issue with an entire set of elevators making the one elevator the only way to access floors 10-18. One elevator! It was big but at times we had to get on to go up just to go down so we could even get on the elevator. This was a major inconvenience which added a significant amount of time to every venture because no one wants to walk up or down 17 flights of steps!!! On the flip side, we did the offsite parking with the shuttle and the shuttle was very reliable and frequent. We never had to wait long for the shuttle. Although the offsite parking isn’t the most convenient it was probably quicker than the elevator time - no joke. Definitely recommend the offsite parking to save some money. The shuttle was always right there. I’d say we never waiting longer than 1-2 minutes for a shuttle.

The hotel gave me a room on a different floor. I purchased a room on the 40th floor. The man at the front told me that the rooms on the 40th floor were occupied. And then gave me a room on another floor. It was unfair since I had purchased this room (40th floor) to view Niagara Falls.

Beware of rooms with obstructed views

A little disapointing. Check-in was desk wasn't particularly friendly and didnt share some information about breakfast or reception. Booked a falls view room and was given one on the 11th floor. The view was partially obstructed so be aware. Probably need to be on at least floor 13. There was also only 1 elevator for this floor, it took ages to come in the morning at breakfast. There were at least 4 others but they were roped off. Felt very much like a 2nd class citizen. The stay was OK but for what we paid it was a dissapointing experience

Very busy hotel, lines to elevators and absolutely crazy lines to morning breakfast. Our room was not cleaned a single time for 3 days of our stay. I had to ask 3 times for the new towels. The valet parking $100 Canadian Dollars plus tax. Not in line with Hilton’s standards.

Perfect location for visiting the falls. Our room had a direct view of Niagara Falls-we could enjoy the stunning nightly illumination show right from our window. Absolutely beautiful!
