Gorgeous newly renovated suite, the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in! Took advantage of a reduced rate upgrade to a full view of the falls and it was spectacular! Comfy beds and pillows led to the best sleep ever… we even bought the pillows!! Loved the Nespresso machine for that first cup 😄☕️The staff is warm and professional, and dinner at STK was exceptional, although more expensive than we’d normally go for dinner it was a special occasion and really enjoyed the food quality, staff and atmosphere. Overall a great experience 10/10 highly recommend!

Do not stay in this hotel (Hyatt Regency). 1● they charge $3.00 for bottle of water, supposed to be complementary in the room. 2● valley parking the charge $100 dollar, while in the street, there is $5 per day and $10 per day parking available. 3● you pay for the breakfast like prepaid, and there is a limited item you have to order. ●4 staff doesn't know anything they are keep running forward and backward asking others. ●5 I paid for the fall view, but I was showed a picture at the counter and convinced if I pay more $$$$$ can get better view. 6● All booking was prepaid, I was given a final bill $2350.00, when I asked for the details and explain then reduce to $1900.00, which made me more curious, and I calculate myself and dropped to $511.18 7● Now you decide either the staff is dishonest or incompetent ? 8● very much unhappy with the service. Not a good experience sustaining this hotel.

The staff are okay but we were told most supplies were not complimentary. Like we just ask for a pair of slippers. We paid to get the premium view suite that can see both falls, but the view is still partially blocked. The room size is amazing, very spacious. The elevator is a nightmare. I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Fallsview. Impressed with the view from my room, the cleanliness and the room itself. Tom at the conceirge was very helpful and gave me excellent recommendations. Overall the staff here were just so nice. Highly recommend the stay for solo travellers. Few things that can be improved: 1. I was travelling solo and was celebrating my birthday. Usually at other hotels, I end up getting some birthday perks but was given nothing here. Not even a small slice of cake. It’s like they didn’t even care. 2. Getting charged for packaged drinking water and $200 deposit for a bathrobe that didn’t even fit me well was also weird. Water is so basic, so is a bathrobe that fits. 3. Please have liquid hand wash in the bathroom instead of soap bar, better from a sanitary standpoint. I had to buy a liquid hand wash simply for the stay. 4. There is an incessant noise in the room (probably from the vent and the AC. Didn’t bother me much because I am a deep sleeper but could be an issue to others. Also, the walls of the room were not soundproof, something that can be improved.

I just wrapped up an incredible stay here, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. If you are visiting the area, book a fallsview room—you genuinely get the best view of Niagara Falls available. Waking up to that panoramic, unobstructed sight and watching the falls light up at night right from my window was absolutely mesmerizing. What made this a true 5-star experience, though, was the warmth of the staff. From the moment I arrived, Tom at the front desk made me feel so welcome. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and took the time to ensure everything was perfect for my entire stay. It is rare to find hospitality that feels this genuine and personal. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the location made exploring so easy. Between the world-class view and Tom's amazing service, I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else next time I'm in town!

My daughter had a dance competition in Niagara Falls early May 2026 . Although the hotel was clean, I rate it low because of the customer service. First, we arrived at around 2pm. Yes, I know that check in time is 3pm, but I simply could not buy the story that the room was not ready. Instead of allowing us to check in, the agent wanted to give me an 'upgrade' that was, conveniently, ready, if I would add $75 per night. And to have a microwave in our room would cost another $10 per night. There was some reno going on, so access to elevator was a bit challenging. But the main reason for the low score was the excessive focus on bottom line at the expense of customer service. If I had options, not sure I would stay again.

I absolutely enjoyed every bit of my stay in Niagara Falls. When I arrived at the hotel everyone was so friendly and welcoming. When it was time to checkin there was a $100 deposit due for EACH NIGHT of the stay that I wasn’t aware of and definitely didn’t budget for but I mean what can you do. Then they offered me a better view on the 40th floor for an additional $200 per night not including the over $500 that I already paid which was very confusing. The manager took it down to $100 per night and I still wasn’t budgeting to spend an additional $400 on my hotel stay alone. Food and experiences were the most important to me. But the corner view of the horseshoe was great, the room was lovely and I enjoyed the liveliness of the hotel. The food wasn’t very tasty for the price in my opinion but I had a great Mother’s Day weekend. We did maid of the most, behind the falls and the Skylon tower. 10/10. Oh and parking was $35 per night to park at a lot offsite and $100 per night for garage parking at the hotel

Amazing room, Amazing views. The 41st floor is the level to be ! Staff were friendly, patient and well informed. Very clean rooms and very spacious. Definitely returning .

amazing falls view from 24th floor. Staff very accommodating. We ran into 2 issues..Upgrading the elevations left only 1-2 inservice. Not enough for the numbers of people using them. Longer wait times and crowded. the other was the service in the restaurant for breakfast. Very rude and slow. We did get a complimentary breakfast because I booked when it was still Embassy Suites. Things may change when they are fully switched over to Hyatt Regency.

Our room was on the 16th floor with a view of the waterfall, clean rooms, clean bed, new furniture, magnificent view from the window. In the evening, we enjoyed the view of the luminous waterfall, thanks to the hotel team for our unforgettable stay.

We got in around 10/11pm. It was loud as there seemed to have a private event happening in the lounge. We got an upgrade on our room to one of the presidential suites since it was our first time and we were only staying one night. Despite the noise in the lobby, our room was quiet and clean. The view was amazing! Really wished we stayed another night. But all in all, it was a great room with great service all around. Would definitely come back and choose to stay here again!
