Although the room is upgraded , we found an Odor Eliminator was left in the room, and there is smoking smell there. .Second, the front desk staff, 4 out of 5 staff, were not helpful at all, eg, none knwolwdge or willing to share with the information of food or transportation. Lastly but not least, my personal face towel was taken away by the hotel çleaning staff. Their answer was "sorry maybe our staff threw it away" when i told the front desk staff, that created a big hassel to the client!

Staff were nice, however the room was stated to be an executive suite which was soundproof (heard the elevator through the vent all night), the coffee machine supplied didn’t work properly and leaked water all over the bench and there was no other coffee available (sachets). The bar fridge was meant to be stocked (alcohol) and only had a small carton of milk and a can of water in it. Parking was an add on extra $40 for our room which none were available and I was lucky to get one at a parking facility around the corner. The cleanliness could have been better as there was toothpaste splashes and marks on the tiles in the bathroom. A good thing was the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I was disappointed as it wasn’t what I expected and paid for. Be aware there is a $100 bond which I’m still waiting to be refunded.

Capri by Fraser was an excellent stay for my one week trip to Brisbane. The room was very comfortable. The bed was nice and soft and I had a good sleep. There was a very nice combination rainfall showerhead in the shower with a handheld thing if you want. The property is conveniently located to the main areas and everything you need and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was construction going on across the road for the new underground train stations while I was there but I wasn’t disrupted by noise from this and I am sure once it is finished it will make this property even more convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
