Located in Broken Bow near Hochatown, Latitude Inn gives your group easy access to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, Mountain Fork River, hiking trails, local dining, breweries, wineries, and family-friendly attractions while keeping everyone close together in one convenient retreat.

Most cabins in Broken Bow and Hochatown are located within wooded mountain terrain. Guests should expect typical rural cabin-country driving conditions throughout the area.

Good to Know Before You Book
Pet Policy
Up to 4 dogs are welcome with a $300 pet fee total across both cabins.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.

EV Charger Information
Each cabin includes a 240V EV charger for guest convenience. Guests should bring their own adapters and charging cables to ensure compatibility. Additional fast charging stations are also available nearby at Choctaw Casino.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

Event Policy
Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.

Pool Heating Information
Pool heat is available for $75 per night, per cabin, and must remain on for the duration of your stay once activated. Heating both pools is $150 per night.

Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours before arrival.

Pool heaters generally raise water temperature by about 30 degrees above the outside air temperature, so actual pool temperatures will vary with the weather.

Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in are subject to a $50 surcharge per cabin.

Last-minute pool heating requests can only be handled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Pool heating fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of operating the heaters regardless of weather or usage.

If outside temperatures drop below 32°F overnight, pool heating will not be available. Pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, and heating requests during those periods will be declined.

Pool chilling is available at no extra charge.

One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during their stay.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

What To Bring
We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.

Starter Supply Details
Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:

• Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags
• Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies
• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
• Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent
• Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar)
• Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed
