Our stay at Sapphire Sunset was so relaxing. There was plenty of space for our party of 12. The kiddos never ran out of things to do. The cabinâs location was in a really great spot, just before all the shops/activities but not so far away it felt like we drove a lot, and getting out onto the main road was never an issue. I would love to stay here again next time Iâm in Broken Bow.
The cabin was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and and cozy. The way the cabin is laid out is perfect for couples and families. The ONLY thing is the road coming into the neighborhood is bad! Itâs a gravel road with bumps and pot holes.
The place was just perfect for our families to get together. Wasn't bunched up everyone had room. The weather was perfect for sitting around the fire pit. But the upper two windows needed shades as the sun was in your eyes at times trying to watch TV. We couldn't have planned things any better for our stay. Everyone is already talking about another stay there. Thanks Becky DeClerk
It was super easy to book online, and lots of communication before the stay. On the day we arrived @ 4 the cleaning people where still there for over 30-45 min. (check-in is 4pm sharp and check-out is 11 a.m. sharp or you get charged 50.00/hour) When they left, the floors were still wet, and the trash in the front yard was still there (coke cans and such). The big table was not wiped off, it had dirt and stuff all over it. The front Porch table had small trash on it and wasn't cleaned. The grill was left dirty, which sign says to CLEAN AFTER EACH USE. We had booked a stay of Mon-Sunday, with that being said, there were 3 trash bags and only 2 towels per bathroom,(there were 9 of us) there where no extra towels like most places around there to take to the lake or river.. We had to purchase towels for the week and a lot of trash bags for the house. The grass was very tall and it had not been weedeated, lots of tall grass in front and back in rocks. On a good note, the house was in a very good spot and we went during the week after Labor Day and I think we were the only ones there that weren't locals. So it was very quiet and relaxing. We love Broken Bow and love booking through VBRO, this is the first kind of bad review I have ever done.
