Nature & Environment One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.
Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.
During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.
Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.
We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

The place was amazing. So well stocked and a great layout for families with lots of kids.
The outside of the cabin is so wonderful for kids. There is so much to explore.
Loved cabin, setting and amenities were GREAT. The outdoor (back) was phenomenal. Scenery from âbackyardâ was serene. Look forward to future staysđ
This is one of the nicest place we have stayed at. The accommodations are set up for a large family, all the adults had their own room with a en-suite bathroom. The bunk room slept all our grandkids. I highly recommend this place.
The property was just as described. There was the great view off the spacious back porch, the interior was clean and had plenty of room for us to all stretch out and have our own space as an extended family.
This cabin is truly a gem â nice and clean, with everything thoughtfully arranged. The kids had an absolute blast splashing around in the creek just steps away from the cabin. And let me tell you, the location is simply breathtaking !!!!

Clean, spacious, beautiful view
The cabin was stunning, the creek was crystal clear and our kiddos could walk straight through without any issues. The back deck was very spacious and included fans and a tv! Great place to unwind and decompress. Shops in town were very close by and the state park wasnât too far either!
The house was not fully cleaned upon arrival. The fireplace needed repair. We later found out the dishwasher was also broke but they had no one to fix it. So we hand washed dishes on a family of 11. That was not fun. The upstairs thermostat would change by itself and the bunk room remained hot all week. Some sheets on the beds were dirty. The house and property were beautiful we were just disappointed with the random trash and broken items we kept finding during our stay.
Stayed for 5 nights with my family of 8 adults. Having 3 king suites downstairs was awesome. Great open kitchen, dining table, and living roomâŠplenty of room for everyone. Loved the huge covered patio overlooking the woods and creek.
Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. No issues at all.
Already looking at dates to return in the fall.
The cabin was great for our group. We had a few things that werenât working but each time the property management had someone come out within an hour or two. The only thing they could fix was the arcade console. The kitchen does need an inventory update. Needed more mixing bowls and baking sheets to name a few items.
Points forts : Communication, emplacement et exactitude de lâannonce.
It is painful not to give this a 5 star. The property is amazing, we loved the creek and trails right outside the back door. The outdoor covered area is beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit with the large amount of wood on property ((were told there would be none). The interior is equally as aesthetically pleasing. A HUGE benefit is having 4 Master Kings with en-suite bathrooms. One of our guests arrived at the house shortly after 4;00 and could not get in. We were told twice the code would be the last 4 digits of phone # but we finally figured out the code was the one we were told not to use. The ladies in the house were not thrilled with cleanliness, particularly the bathroom rugs and under beds. The refrigerator is really undersized for a cabin advertising sleeps 20 and also undersize to the space the refrigerator was in. In other words, the fridge was small and we were constantly adjusting things to get everything in. We followed the check out instructions but really we were there to vacation not set up the housekeeping crew. Still, we left everything as you instructed. There was a small leak in the upstairs bathroom that we reported and maintenance and the owner arrived to look it over. The leak did not interfere with us other than the asthetics of a small amount of water on the bedroom floor. Despite these things, we had a fantastic time and our guests were impressed and even felt like they were at an upscale resort. We would highly recommend, you will love it !
The cabin is well-appointed, supplied, and decorated! We also loved how private and secluded it is! We really enjoyed our stay. The area is so serene. There are cabins around but not close enough to feel like your privacy is being invaded. The creek in the back is a true bonus. We had great nature walks right in our own backyard.
Entertainment abounded inside. We loved playing shuffleboard, pool, and the retro arcade. There were a selection of classic board games as well. The swings outside were fun and relaxing.
Night time was enhanced by a blazing fire in the fire pit, with firewood graciously provided by the host. Roasting hot dogs and marshmallows was an activity enjoyed by everyone.
The host was super responsive to all our needs. We really felt well taken care of. Itâs always important to me to feel like we are truly welcome! I definitely recommend Living Water Lodge, and would love to stay here again!
