Splash Time Lodge offers a fantastic family getaway in the Pine Hill West area of Hochatown! This spacious 3100 sq ft cabin features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is conveniently located near local attractions. The highlight is the amazing saltwater pool complete with a water slide, tanning ledge, and poolside basketball hoop! Must have valid DL as well as send front and back can not be an identification card or passport as we do not accept those. Will also have to send a photo of the front and back of your credit or debit card showing the name on the card as well as he last 4 digits as well.

Inside on the main floor, you'll find a large open living area with tall ceilings and a stone gas fireplace. The fully stocked, walk-through kitchen boasts a dine-in bar for 8, a dining table for 8, and a buffet, making it perfect for feeding a crowd. You'll also find a laundry room with a half bath and two comfortable King Size bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Upstairs, the fun continues in the large open loft game room, featuring a 9-foot shuffleboard table, a retro arcade with 60 games, a pool table, and a high-top bar table. Off the loft are a King Size bedroom and a bunk room (with two triple bunks and a King bed), both with private baths. The bunk room even has a surprise spiral staircase leading to a third-floor playroom with a view of the living area. Outside, enjoy a fire pit, horseshoe pits, and a kids' play set with swings and a sky fort. Relax on the back deck in the hot tub overlooking the creek. With ample parking, even for boats, SPLASH TIME LODGE is the perfect spot for a fun-filled family vacation!

Awesome vacation cabin

This cabin had everything needed. The Walmart was very small so you will need to go to Pruitt foods for food stuff. Pool was amazing. It had all kinds of games for kids would book again

Splashtime..... great time!

Loved the property! The big beautiful back porch overlooking the creek, the hot tub tub and the swimming pool! We have been vacationing in the area for well over 20 years it was by far the best stocked kitchen we have ever had! The only recommendation I would have is why not a bigger fridge? When you have that many people a larger fridge is greatly needed!!! It was a great vacation will stay again next vacation!

Overall very well maintained property. Would be a great place to bring children in the summertime. The property is very close to the National Forest and restaurants are right around the corner. We had 8 people total, and it didn’t feel crammed at all. There’s a lot of space to hang out, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit. Although, the few roads that run throughout the “neighborhood” are not very well maintained, and potholes are everywhere (not the property owner’s fault). Make sure to bring a vehicle that has off-road capabilities. The only issue we had during our stay was that the propane tanks for the grill were not filled upon our arrival, and they were bike-locked to avoid them being stolen I presume. We had to go out and buy a new $75 propane tank just for this trip.

Pool and house were great! Well equipped. We could never get the slide to work and it was really hot so never able to use that after management tried to help. Overall great stay!

Hard to find. But once you do it's a beautiful property. Very spacious. But you can hear every step someone makes I'm the upstairs.

Great experience!

Our first time to rent cabin and stay in BB. It very nice, high ceiling, and clean cabin. Lots of great extras with all the basic amenities you need like dish washer and laundry detergent, hand soap, etc. along with a great, secluded location (but could hear some nearby cabins), anh so on. Comfy beds. Great place for the kids & dog too. We all had a blast. We will return!
