This house is everything and more than I expected. The host was super nice and helpful. My family rents houses every year from the beach to the mountains and this is by far the best we have stayed in. The grill outside was excellent. The pool (my kids and grandkids favorite) was so fun. Staying in the house was enough to keep us entertained, but it is located close to all the attractions so you can have the best of both worlds. I love this home and we will be staying here again. Thanks "Top Shelf" for the memories.

The property was amazing! We enjoyed the interior amenities immensely and played pool and games during the hot parts of the day. The only minor interior annoyance was that the drawer below the stove never closed all the way which led to a few smashed kid fingers. As a multifamily vacation our biggest complaint was that the fire pit area and basketball court were unusable due to safety concerns we had for the children and animals. There was no safety fence in place around the perimeter of the basketball court which was on the edge of a steep cliff. We were not able to use the area near the putting green fully due to similar concerns but overall less dangerous conditions. We made the best of it with the pool area! If construction is underway, it should be disclosed for renters. Thank you for sharing this property! The area is beautiful and once the safety concerns are addressed we would love to return.
