When I got there the office lady tried to charge me more than what I reserved. When I said let me look up what I reserved she acted all sweet to stop me. She said I’ll fix it. The room was clean but the tv didn’t have Chanel’s to watch the signal wasn’t strong enough to watch the normal networks. It was Super Bowl night and couldn’t watch more than 4 min with out signal loss and 15 plus minutes to get it back I walked to the office and she knew it wasn’t working and said some rooms are better than others. She didn’t want to do annything anbout it. I said I’ll give you another chance before I write my review. I asked for a different room then she said let me try a different remote control. Ya the remote in the room didn’t have any features to check connection or to reboot or reset Chanel’s. . But it didn’t solve the problem there isn’t enough signal to run a motel . So didn’t get to watch the Super Bowl or the commercials. Breakfast was ok. But the computer locks us out of the room. The office person said the computer does it every few minutes. So to get back into your room you have to go back to the office and wait in line to reset the key it was 9 am check out wasn’t till 10 or 11. I had to go back to the office and wait in line several times. I was going to stay there on the way home but I didn’t. I never checked out the pool or hot tub. It was to frustrating dealing with night lady.

We made the reservation online but once we got in the first room we were given, the bathroom was dirty. The toilet had not been cleaned or properly flushed from the last use. The one bed had food crumbs in it. We were given keys to two other rooms on different floors that way they had different room cleaners, both rooms had multiple hairs in the beds and again the bathrooms were dirty. I really don’t think they are washing the sheets at this location. We did not stay the night in this hotel.

Great breakfast (waffles, sausage biscuits & gravy, eggs, etc.) The woman who checked us in (Michele?) was wonderful, and says she makes cookies for guests around 6pm. Room was exactly the size we needed for a quick, overnight stay traveling on 95. The hotel could use some attention to detail maintenance (loose and missing screws, deep cleaning, paint, etc.) and the Vizio smart TV wasn't set up and ready to use when we arrived so we didn't watch TV. Their elevator was working fine, but I noticed the inspection expired three months ago in November 2025.

The check in was quick and the desk clerk, Michele was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of places in the area to eat. The only con was the morning breakfast. Small area, only four tables and very little selection. There was still over an hour left of breakfast time and not much left and nowhere to sit.
