Everything about our day was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. We did have a little challenge understanding how to control the air conditioner/heater but eventually we figured it out and everything was fine.

Our first stay At Jill Hotel and what a pleasant hotel this is. Only stayed for 1 night, very handily located opposite Brussels Midi Station. From taking in a parcel for me & keeping it safe until we arrived from the UK. To the wonderful Breakfast and the fantastic receptionists greeting us with smiles and kindness, and a very lovely room. We will certainly stay again.

Nice hotel near the train station

Located near the train station so don’t expect to be in a picturesque neighborhood. The hotel was great and about 15-20 minutes drive to most tourist areas.

Nice location for the Eurostar and stay was generally pleasant. Nice room, decent shower (apart from the non sealed door which will always create a puddle!) Staff indifferent, and didn’t get my VIP perk I was promised. (Should be a bottle of wine, although I note the property doesn’t even sell alcohol.) Our room had stairs from the breakfast area and the noise from 6am was terrible, all you could hear was the clattering of cutlery etc. I would stay again in a different room at a reasonable price, mainly for the location.
