Excellent location! Grand Place was only a few minutes away and my daughter loved being able to walk right out of the hotel and be in the center of all the stores. The train station is right up the street. We loved our stay here and would book again.

Check in time was 3pm. One staff member told us our rooms would be ready by 3pm. When we returned at 3pm another member of staff said our room is not ready and could not give a time when it would be ready. He said it could be as late as 22:00pm. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially as the staff member knew we were tired after travelling from London. Please investigate this incident because the inconsistent messaging from your staff and the Checked In time on my booking spoiled my experience at this hotel.

Very convenient location in the heart of the city and just a 2 minute walk from Central Train Station. Modern facility with very clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast buffet option.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights.Staff were accomodating.Our room was on the ground floor and it was during our first night we heard so much banging and we dont know where its from.It was annoying because we were so tired from our trip but we were so glad with the quick response from the staff named Christian.Immediately they moved us to the first floor.The hotel was very convenient to everything.It was very close to the train station,the Grand Place,food is just accross the street.And I would say close to everything you need.Would really recommend to friends who will plan to go Brussels.Overall it was a great experience.

The Ibis Brussels off Grand Place was in an ideal location for touring Brussels, just steps from the train station and the Grand Place, near beaucoup restaurants and shopping, it really had pretty much everything going for it! It was a very busy hotel, so obviously others felt the same way! Our room was clean and comfortable, we had a nice bathroom, and we were so pleased with our proximity to everything! We loved that we could pop down into the bar to play cards, have a quick drink, I could work on my podcast, have a quick cappuccino & pan au chocolat in the morning without having to go through the full breakfast rig-a-marole. We also adored the fabulous music that played in the elevator all the time - we called it the Disco Elevator and danced in there whenever no one else was riding with us! It was awesome! We really don't have enough good things to say about our experience - so if you are looking for a great home base in Brussels - stay here! I'm also going to cover this hotel in my podcast - A Lady Well-Travelled! Thank you for a great experience!

This hotel is really great! The staff was so friendly, they have a great system for storing bags before your rooms are ready/for check out. Safe, bustling area, about a 3-4 min walk to the Grand Place (gorgeous), great restaurants, chocolate,pubs & shopping around too! Our group absolutely loved the location & enjoyed being able to walk 3-10 min to delicious local cuisine & bars without paying for Ubers. The room has a blackout curtain that is absolutely wonderful at keeping out light & we wish all hotels had this feature, we could have slept till 10 am except the only “knock” I would give it is the rooms are in-fact not soundproof like they say. Besides being able to hear talking every now and again a lot of the doors around us (including ours) would abruptly slam shut & it is so so SO loud..doors slamming would wake us up at 7 am and seemed to consistently happen every >5 min so we couldn’t ever sleep in. Overall the staff was incredibly kind & welcoming, atmosphere was great & we would stay here again despite the noise! The location, cleanliness, friendly staff & abundance of restaurant, shopping & bars make this place worth the stay!
We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. Comfortable beds & bedding as well! The closet was great & very useful as well. We felt like we could get comfortable & unpacking a bit here!
Restroom was clean & spacious. The shower has no door and gets really cold & slippery on that first landing spot. Additionally, if you’re tall like us (6’-6’4”) prepare for your knees to be up & on the wall when you use the toilet! Lol
