Needs some TLC. Old refrigerator on back deck , bathroom sufficient but extremely small.

Overall it was nice. But the furniture was very uncomfortable the only thing that was comfortable was the bed. Would have been nice if more handicap accessible.

Can't say enough about this place. It was just what myself and my husband needed. Beautiful scenery and peaceful. The host was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed!

A nice small cabin on the river. All the essentials and a few extras (salt and pepper and other spices, bug spray and a few other things). Cabins are close together but it’s a quiet campground and overall we had plenty of peace and quiet. Wish they had a hot tub but otherwise perfect for what we needed (a quiet clean place to lounge in the mornings and wind down in the evenings). If I was in the area I’d stay there again.

To start with, the views are beautiful with the river running by the deck. The pictures of the cabin are accurate until you look closer. This was a very dirty cabin. We had stained washcloths, kitchen towels, and blankets. The fold out couch had tons of dirt, hair, bobby pins, and what looked like mildew. The refrigerator was dirty, the air mattress we were delivered in place of using the pull out couch must have been stored damp because it was literally covered with mold and mildew when we unrolled it! The doors, blinds, and stove were all dirty as well. I’ve offered pictures to the host and requested the $150 cleaning fee we were charged with no satisfaction from her. In fact, she stopped communicating with us for a bit during our stay. The property manager told us we weren’t the first to complain and that he wanted to replace the cleaning staff. To our way of thinking, if you know there are issues follow up and verify the staff’s quality of work prior to your guests’ arrival. This was a trip for my husband’s birthday and would have been so much better without all of the stress. I hate that we won’t be going back there, because the location was great â˜č

We always make sure the cabin is clean and maintained constantly. We have guests who come from all over the country, and they love the cabin, the wonderful view of the river and mountains,and memorable time with picturesque nature of city, she said the cabin wasn't suitable and dirty, according to what they said !? they said we're going to leave at that night in hour or so and we would not staying!? we were surprised that they were still in the cabin the next day morning. !!?? They called us and said that we decided to stay because it is my birthday today!? They asked my guest service for more tables and chairs. he saw them celebrating and happy on the back deck of the cabin playing card !!? IF the cabin was dirty, so why y'all didn't leave and find you another place!?? On the same day of their departure, we had guests who stayed for four nights. They did not complain about anything. They were happy with the place, loved it, and confirmed that they would return in the near future, as host we working hard to see our guests have great time and enjoying their trip, life is a journey please try to enjoyed it!??

Enjoyed our time in Bryson City

The location was wonderful and close to town and attractions. Would recommend as a get away for a couple or a couple with 1 or 2 small children. Would recommend you check out Darnell"s Farm and the Aquarium. Really an enjoyable trip.
