Everything exceeded my expectations! I've been all around the world, and this was one of my favorite hotels! It was very clean, smelled great, the pool and hot tub were very clean and fun, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, the temperature of the hotel/ spa area was perfect, and the staff were very accommodating and polite! We loved the breakfast buffet and that we got to make our own waffles- they were delicious! This was the perfect stay for us and we greatly appreciate the wonderful service!!!

The $15 voucher for snacks was really nice. Room was clean, stay was peaceful. Breastfast is always a plus, which included eggs, hotdog slices, waffle and pancake bar, yogurt, cereal. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 3 night… our room was very clean,comfortable and very quiet! It seemed to be an older hotel but very well kept and clean! The staff was very friendly .. we had a problem with the hot water in our shower and they addressed it quickly and fixed the problem! It was a good locations.. lots of stores and restaurants very close! The pool and hot tub area was very clean.. the hot tub was very relaxing after long cold hockey games during the day!

Once again Loren was extremely accommodating and pleasant. I would love to have him as an employee!!! He goes above and beyond for even the littlest things. He is one of the main reasons we stay here, we have been coming for years for Bills games and vacations to Niagara Falls. Wish they offered bacon at breakfast, room pleasant, and hot tub and pool a huge plus!
