The main house has 4-bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a washer and dryer to easily accommodate a family of 10 between the 2 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 1 queen-sized bed. This home has 2 living rooms, dining & kitchen tables, and a large, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The guest house has an additional master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private full bath. This guest house offers a second full bathroom, living room with sleeper sofa, galley kitchen, and laundry facilities to welcome 4 more guests.
This lovely property offers plenty of exterior space with seating for everyone between the sundeck, boat dock, patio, and yard space. Parking is also no issue for large groups with multiple spaces between the main home and guest house, along with a large garage behind the home.
