The room with the stunning sea view and hot tub in the room was amazing. Spacious room and bed size (for family of 4). Receptionists could be more friendly and warm. Lack of room phone to call for service and small dustbin in the waste area are areas that can be improved. It is located at the end of the beach so very peaceful and quiet but you literally need to uber everywhere unless you enjoy the walking trail to the cheongsapo observatory or take the blue line train.

The staff were nice, and the hotel was pleasant. I just wish there were towel holders on the walls. The area was not too crowded and was quiet, so we loved it. The only downside was that it wasn’t easy to find taxis.

This hotel did not disappoint. Very very beautiful, and upscale. The tub took a long time to fill up (about an hour) as to be expected because of how large it is. I loved the location away from the city a lil bit but right next to the beach. Views are gorgeous. Didn’t want to leave.

the room is nice, new and clean. we enjoyed the small pool. we travelled by taxi. however, there's something unhappy happened. we asked the hotel to call taxi for us, at first they said only need 36000W. however, the taxi drive said it should be 70000W. i am not sure what's going on. the hotel should be clear about the estimated price to Busan station. we were very disappointed that the hotel replied is error in app caused such a large difference. it is not acceptable. we thought the taxi driver was cheating.

Amazing view, clean, & spacious room!

1. Check in: we came in at 2:30 PM. We asked to start the check in process, but they waited at 3 PM and then only they called us to do all the paperwork and gave us the key. Staff polite. 2. Restaurant: looks clean and menu photos look good, but it wasn’t open for dinner when we wanted to try on a Monday. It was open Wednesday night. 3. Premier Ocean view with a pool: Beautiful and clean room! View is incredible! For such a large space, it was weird there were no hooks to hang your towels anywhere. No crib. The pool was clean, doesn’t smell like chlorine. They say temp is set at 33 deg, but honestly that was not even close to 26 deg. There’s a tv in the room and living room. Extra charge for requesting more towels. Bed was firm and comfy. Basic toiletries provided. Bidet in toilet. 4. Location: convenience store just at the ground floor of the building. 5min walk to the blue line train that overlooks the water. 20min walk to cheongsapo station. Lots of cafe and restaurant close by. Would stay again at Songjeong area as it is less crowded, but close proximity to Haeundae by car. 5. Airport transfer: 60,000 to the airport. Our flight was at 9 PM, we booked for 5:30 PM. They knocked on our door around lunch time, despite having the DND sign, to tell us if transfer can come at 4 PM we said no, they said 4:30 PM due to driver sched. Anyway, driver was nice and we were at the airport early just before 6 PM. Good time if you need to get refund and shop

The large hot tub with an ocean view was absolutely amazing! However, the staff could improve on providing clear information upfront. We were a group of five, so I requested an extra bedding set (futons, pillow, and comforter). While I understood there would be an additional charge, they didn’t inform me of the cost until checkout. Clear communication about extra fees would have been appreciated.

체크인할때부터 뷰가 너무 좋았어요. 한겨울에는 미온수풀 추워서 이용힘든데 어차피 힘들꺼라 생각했고 통창인만큽 바람이 창문을 엄청 때려서 시끄러움. 근데 팬트하우스인만큼 적어도 하자는 없어야된다고 생각하는데 우선 룸은 너무너무 좋았는데 화장실 세면대 물이 너무 안빠더라고요.. 그래도 룸 내부 싱크대같은곳은 물이 잘빠져서 양치 세수 했어요. 엘리베이터 두대가 있는데 펜크하우스 가는거는 하나뿐이라 타이밍 안맞으면 계속 기다려야되는데 좀 짜증... 아쉬운점이 있었지만 좋았어요
