Posted Apr. 9, 2016 on HotelsThe breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the pool looked cool. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was only ok. There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city center of beaches.

Neat design-oriented hotel a short walk to centro

Pros: Design orientation, staff helpfulness, common areas.
Cons: Rooms basic and loud
Hotel has modern design and was updated recently, I thought it was cool. However, the rooms are very basic and were loud - these are the only two real complaints. For the price and given the surrounding hotels in the Buzios area, I think this is a great hotel option. Staff was very nice and helpful - we could only speak English or Spanish and there was always someone there to help. Breakfast was good. Close to centro - probably about a 5-8 minute walk, but if you want to walk along the water, it's more like 15 minutes. Pool area is stylish - good hangout area.

Simple but great location.
Posted Mar. 18, 2015 on HotelsA beautiful area the location to town was excellent. There are a lot of fabulous restaurants in town. The hotel itself is rustic with very aged rooms. The breakfasts are .good

Thanks for the comments. Really our breakfast and very good and tasty. Our localization and also very good to get around on foot, because we are close to main streat and the beaches. I would like to comment that just make reform in our apartments and pool area.

Great quiet relaxing location
Posted Jan. 14, 2014 on HotelsWas very nice and quiet, beautiful grounds, staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was pretty central, but without a car it's a little bit of a walk, but nothing too far.

Posted Jul. 10, 2012 on HotelsIt's walking distance from downtown and all the beaches- which is great. it's a quaint little spot and it definitely gets the job done for what you're paying. The room had that moldy/musty feel to it, and there's a lot of outdoor noise but if you can get past that, it's definitely a great stay. There are, however, a ton of other beautiful looking hotels in the area (thats pretty much all there is in buzios), so definitely do your research.
