Nice hotel, great location. A bit dissapointed with some areas, the pool wasn't clean there was plastic cups inside and garbage around the pool area. The gate area to walk to the Poblado smelled like urine. Our ice bucket was dirty had no idea what it was. The staff is friendly I really like the hotel not sure if I would stay again.
