Our stay was four days. Although the property offered cleaning service, no one ever came to clean the room. When I saw the cleaner in the hallway and asked, she said she didn’t have my room. The property although beautiful is deteriorating, I’ve returned every year for the past five years in hopes of seeing some improvements but it just keeps getting worse. The pool was green the day I arrived. The property maintenance seems non existent. Management really needs to do some improvement on this property or maybe they just want it to shut down like some of the other gorgeous properties on the beautiful island. The few employees try to make it a positive experience but there’s only so much they can do within their control. It’s actually very sad to see, regretfully we will not return unless some improvements are made.

The overall experience was very satisfactory. Everything you need is at your disposition. Staff is kind, respectful and accomodating. We felt safe and the location was convenient. Sadly, some machines in the kids arcade were out of order at the time of our stay and other ammenities, like the gym, were not promoted so we missed the opportunity to use it. Nevertheless, it was a lovely experience since we went primarily to enjoy the beach, the pool and the area of Boqueron.

We enjoyed the amenities, the closeness to the beach and the easy access to the poblado but, the Internet was not woriking at all, the shower in the master bedroom of the suite had mold and the air conditioning system in the hallways was not working what made them have this musty smell. The restaurant closes too early furing the week (4pm) leaving no option for guests arriving later at night since restaurants nearby close at 8pm.The lights on the way to el poblado at night were not working making it unsafe.

Super spacious

The rooms are spacious and in great condition. Very clean and comfortable. I was blown away by the amount of space in these rooms. My room had 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathroom. The staff was excellent and friendly. The restaurant has great food. Unfortunately, my bed had sand under the covers and I had to ask to get them changed, but instead they brought me the sheets to change them myself (no big deal). Also we could never use the TV's because the Wifi connection kept disconnecting. Despite of this I would definitely consider and recommend this hotel especially for families with children. You get your money's worth.
