It was a nice place. Had a few minor issues but the property manager helped sort it out and gave us an extra hour to check out for the inconvenience. Would stay again

Amazing View

Check in was thorough but smooth, facility was quiet. Great view of the down town core. I will definitely stay again.

confusing, disappointing and incorrect

Only three out of the four of us ended up going, as they informed us last minute while already heading to Calgary that they put us in a different apartment due to double booking. Originally on the fourth floor moved to the 29th floor as well as now in a different building. We had to turn around to leave one behind, as she had had surgery and could not handle the stairs incase of an emergency, not to mention we booked the fourth floor due to fear of heights for a few of us. Anyway, they told us last min (they knew before that I'm sure but waited to say, we were waiting for the check in instructions which were promised 24-48 hours prior.. I had to ask for them as we were driving already to Calgary) and did not seem sorry or offer discount or anything. Basically come or don't. Unfair, and disapointed.

We relocated you to the unit that was available and that was the only available option.
