The hotel was fine, the breakfast was not as great though. Someone used their key on my door and it opened my door. scary !!
This hotel is above a bunch of stores like a strip mall. Very sketchy and unsafe looking area. As soon as you walk in there is a bunch of dirt and water on the lobby floor. Looked like there were c** stains on the bed skirt, dirty floors and counters, and the door latch didn’t work. Outside the building was sketchy drunk people walking around. Do Not Recommend. We left immediately and asked for our money back and were told because we booked thru expedia we would have to deal with them. Expedia says they should have refunded us. The fight is on now for my refund. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for promoting this property. Have booked thru Expedia many times but this was the worst.
Host Harman Barat was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions and went way above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The unit was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to have my own balcony!
Hospital visit plus I am handicapped and the handicapped room was excellent. Handheld shower👍 excellent front desk staff. All in all I’d stay again for sure
The area around the property with “street people” made the area unsightly and feel a bit unsafe.
Especially in the back Didn’t feel safe going on the balcony facing the apartment building with street people in the parking lot below.
The front desk was rude and ignorant and very slow at checking in.
Charged me an extra night when i told her on check in that i was leaving. So very mad
Lockrd door on Saturday night gad to wait in the rain outside for 15 minutes.
Tv was very errartic remotes were difficult to work so the chanels did not turn unless you were 12 inches away.

Liked: Room comfort
The staff were great and accommodating. There was a miscommunication and I was getting frustrated as previous staff member said she would leave a detailed message of my room change issue for staff in morning. They had no idea what I was talking about. They were very polite and calm even when I got frustrated. The self serve breakfast nook in the morning was nice and the coffee was great. The front entrance had a strong over powering fragrance odor. I assumed to hide other smells but way to much perfume for me. The rooms are basic but clean. Fridge was unplugged when we got there when I plugged it in it was really noisy thus the reason some one else unplugged it I am sure. The room was a double queen and air conditioner was right next to bed. Bed was squished up against it. It was wonderful to have it though as it was hot. Just hard to sleep with it blowing directly over a person. I feel the room is made for one Queen bed and there were two squished in. The beds were comfy. You could hear all going on in hallways. As I was staying with grand kids and there was a soccer tournament going on it was sufficient and affordable for what we needed it for and I understood the noise of kids.. There is a Tim Horton's Starbucks Boston Pizza and about 6 other restaurant Pizza places all with in the block. Other wise the traffic as it is right by main road was not noisy.
Didnt realize it had stairs. We were able to get the handicap room thanks to the staff. Overnight person was a little rude but the evening and day shift staff were wonderful.
