Would never stay again. Booked 8 nights. Checked out after 1. Felt uncomfortable even trying get any sleep after all the big dander in the bed. Shower was covered in hair. Pool is small. No beach chairs. Ok like 6 chairs. Beach was ok but couldn’t swim in the water. Only two friendly staff members. Everyone else could have cared less. When I said we were checking out early I got ok well your not getting any money back. And he seemed like this was normal.

Hello everyone. I would like to share my impressions of this hotel. These impressions are not very bright. I was in Mexico not for the first time and I want to say, only this time I did not read the reviews about this hotel. And I regret it very much. If you are a person who wants to lie on the beach or swim in the sea, then this hotel is not for you, there is no beach near the hotel where you can swim, we went to other beaches or walked. Also, from the photos you can see a large selection of different delicious food, but this is not true, a very small selection, the same thing, the cuisine is just awful. I really love Mexican cuisine. And I repeat that this is not my first time in Mexico, but I have never seen such terrible service. If you want to take a couple of towels to sunbathe on a sun lounger, you may not be given them because they are not there or they have run out; if you want to dry your hair with a hair dryer, you will not be able to do so because there is none in the room; if you want to iron your clothes, you will not be able to do so either because there is none there either. I know that alcohol is not very expensive everywhere in bars in Mexico, but here it is very very cheap. And there is not much. If you think that you will enjoy a beautiful view and drink delicious cocktails, then you are wrong. Dear travelers, if you want to relax your soul and body. Believe me, this hotel is not for this. They're overbook the Hotel. They told us no ac and other people and send us to different hotel for one night. Once we got, there is no AC in other hotel. We wer so tired and need sleep. Its midnight. They lies we have no AC in our room.The reason they put us in different hotel. They also told us to pick up at 9am Didn't get there until night 1030. Once we got back at hotel. The room's still not ready. We didn't get back into a room until 3 pay PM. Is disaster overall. I will not recommend this hotel Imperial Las Perlas to anyone.

Good value for what I paid. Food is decent, drinks decent as well. Average expectations were met. Rooms clean, somewhat older dated but bed, bathroom etc very clean. Right on the beach, but not really swimmable as a lot of seaweed in water. Would stay again if looking for budget location on the beach and all inclusive.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT! They are proud to announce across their web page that they are a 3 star resort. Spend the extra money. The beds are broken. There are no elevators. Breakfast everyday was always hotdogs, fruit or yogurt. The pool is dirty and had a film of slimy sunblock across it. The staff act like you are inconveniencing them. No smiles. They tell you NO for everything. Midway I had enough and started standing up to the bullies. They backed down. Clean towels: ya, no way. Good luck getting a clean pool towel! Security allowed young bucks to get drunk. Pee on the property in the corner and fight each other. Every morning we were surprised to see them still there. It’s unsafe. The beach is no beach. It’s on a marina which is beautiful however if you are looking to hang out at the beach, stay somewhere else. They act like you are trying to steal the TV remote and the AC remote. We asked for an umbrella for the poolside. They said NOO. I walked over and went and got one myself. I laughed thinking “what are they going to do. Kick us out”? This was budget trip. I knew we were not walking into a 5 star. But for Pete sakes be nice to the tourists. Save your money and go elsewhere! Front desk staff is rude. One male working there on our last day was happy and nice to us….we came as a family of 7. Everyone was disgusted and disappointed. We commented to each other “if the staff was nice we could look past everything else”. Never never again! Imperial Las Perla haha haha

If you’re looking for a fancy resort it is not this one. The facility is very old and sorely needs updating in places. The room was clean and housekeeping was minimal but it was good enough. The staff were hard working and provided excellent service. The dining options were somewhat limited. Similar dinners each night and there were very few desserts. Staff was super friendly, room was clean although could use some updates. We booked fully knowing that food options weren’t the greatest and that was the case. But we were ok with that. This isn’t a 5 star place, and they’re not claiming to be. With that in mind, if you’re looking to get to cancun on a budget, this is your place!
