The room was great, and Ingrid at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make my stay special. Seeing a friendly face, along with a welcome letter and a small gift, truly made me smile and made my stay even better. The pool and kitchen were very family-friendly, making vacations much easier for parents. That’s one of the main reasons we will definitely stay here again. Our family visiting from Chicago loved it as well.

The rooms were perfectly clean and the staff was helpful and quick. The heated pool and hot tubs were a great feature which we enjoyed a few times over our weekend.

Beautiful mountain views, staff was wonderful. Well appointed room. Our only complaint would be they need another hot tub. (The main pool being heated was fabulous though.)

Had to leave early for a death in the family. Was promised refund would be underway and Expedia would work with general manager. Stayed 2/6 nights. The only refunded me the 6th night. “General Manager” at Blackstone says 3/4/5 night they couldn’t do anything cause of Expedia take their cut. Offered be 50% off next stay. Like that helps.
