Tout est sale, sent l'humidité ou eau de javel en grande concentration. 1 assenceurs sur 2 de brisés, eternité de monter au 5e etage, pareil pour descendre. 1 machine a glace de fonctionnel, au 5e. Donc monter la haut avec une glaciere peut prendre un avant midi. Déjeuner, pu de yogourt et lait la 2e jrnee, pas de pain. Oeuf et saucisse en quantité limité, donc tout le monde saute sur les gaufres.. donc une eternité pour ca aussi. Bien situé pour un match nfl

Le lit en métal était bruyant quand ont bougeaient dans le lit. Disons que c'était pas le temps d'essayer de faire un enfant.

Bon qualite prix pourrait se forcer un peu plus sur la balayeuse. En general correct. Et depasse pas 8:55 pour dejeuner parce que 9:00 on ferme

Hôtel convenable pour une étape salle de bain vraiment moyenne et vieille Les gaufres le matin sont terribles ça sera mon point positif de cet hôtel

Poop story below! Management is the main issue here. They are not keeping up on maintenance and it shows BIG TIME. The staff tried to do what they could, but to get to the hotel after a long flight just to find that not only did they not have the rooms we reserved (2 king suites) but that they were 5 FLOORS apart! When getting Suite rooms you expect them to be adjoining or maybe close together on the same floor. Nope, we got 2 QUEENS. Then comes the poop. Of course it’s the room the girls end up with but there was literal POOP wiped on the bathroom wall by the toilet. What kind of housekeeping employee misses that?! It was after Midnight by then and the front desk guy brought up some cleaner and a magic eraser but HOW IS POOP MISSED? The lamp shades in the room were torn, the carpet was filthy, you name it. Do NOT accept room 521 no matter what! (Desk staff got us a different room the next day. Still one floor apart(1st/2nd) and queen beds but ok at least not poopy. Then comes the elevators. One was broken the whole week we were there and the remaining one was down for a day and a half - good thing we weren’t on the 5th floor when that happened! Breakfast was insane every day and they were out of half the items EVERY SINGLE DAY. No eggs unless you were there before 7 or so, no sausage/bacon most of the time and one or more juices was empty from the machine at all times. Oh, the BEEPING! The air freshener things up on the walls in the hallways WOULD NOT STOP! 24/7!

Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a multitude of issues that significantly impacted our comfort and satisfaction as guests.Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find that the rooms we had reserved were not available as requested. Instead of the two king suites we had booked, we were given two queen rooms located five floors apart. This was highly inconvenient and not at all what we had anticipated for our stay.To make matters worse, one of the rooms was found to have unsanitary conditions, including literal feces smeared on the bathroom wall. This was utterly unacceptable and deeply distressing. While the front desk staff attempted to rectify the situation, it is concerning that such a gross oversight occurred in the first place.Furthermore, the overall maintenance of the hotel left much to be desired. Lamp shades were torn, carpets were filthy, and the cleanliness standards fell far below expectations.The elevator situation only compounded our frustrations, with one elevator out of service for the duration of our stay and the remaining one experiencing prolonged downtime. This posed a significant inconvenience and safety concern for guests, particularly those on higher floors.Breakfast service was also subpar, with consistent shortages of essential items and malfunctioning equipment. The incessant beeping of the air freshener units in the hallways only added to the overall unpleasant experience.I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and implement measures to improve the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall service quality of your hotel. Guests should feel safe, comfortable, and valued during their stay, and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of these expectations.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
