Bathroom did not have a door...
Publié le 7 juin 2023 sur HotelsNo door to en-suite, dirty room that smelled of smoke, broken window, no hot water in shower, shower not clean, soap dispenser not filled and not working, tried to charge us for breakfast even though the booking said it was included, room incredibly small

Works Xmas party night
Publié le 10 déc. 2023 sur Hotelsused the road house for a works Xmas party overnight stay bed was really comfortable and the room was clean and quite warm, although the en suite was a poor standard the toilet seat was broken in the room and was situated too close to the shower had to put legs into shower too use the toilet, breakfast in the morning was ok, will definitely use this hotel again

Yelling and Screaming until the early hours
Publié le 2 sept. 2023 sur HotelsAwful, from people smoking weed on the property, yelling and screaming until the early hours. My room smelt of cider, the bathroom was filthy. Regretted sleeping in the bed but I was shattered after a long drive. Thankful it was only a stopover.

Very disappointed in the hotel . Very loud karaoke downstairs, poor facilities. Could be much cleaner. Will check Expedia site description more closely in future

Avoid Roadhouse Hotel to get some sleep.
Publié le 28 août 2023 sur HotelsThe accommodation fell short of Hotel.com usual standard. Our bedroom was above a Bar where they played extremely loud music until 3am. The toilet seat was not secured. when we pointed this out in the morning the staff were not interested. No bedside lights. headboards were off the beds. very dark and dinghy. required a good clean and facelift. It seemed to be in a rundown part of Carlisle. Definitely over priced for the accommodation. Travelling from the North of Scotland to the south coast we just needed to sleep, which did not happen.
