Très belle accueille de giuseppe et pia dans leur belle propriété. Belle piscine avec plongeoir que les enfants ont bcp apprécié. La terrasse a une vue magnifique jusqu'à la mer au loin.

Les hôtes ont été très accueillants. Ils se sont mis disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. La maison est grande et nous avons pu en profiter.

Superbe maison, climatisation et salle de bain dans toutes les chambres. Très chouette piscine. Région à découvrir. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et le concierge qui vit en dessous. Il est discret, aimable et efficace. De magnifiques vacances en famille.

Le début de notre séjour n'a pas vraiment bien commencé. En effet, mon mari et mois avons loué une maison pouvant occuper 12 personnes mais lors de la réservation nous n'avons annoncé que 2 personnes et 1 chien parce que nous ne savions encore pas combien d'invités nous allions avoir. Donc, nous nous retrouvons à devoir payer environs 850 euros supplémentaires. Notre avis ce sont des pratiques plus que douteuses parce qu'on loue un objet et pas par personnes. Cela fait 5 années de suite que nous réservons par Homelidays et nous n'avons jamais eu aucun problème. D'autre part, lors de notre arrivée la piscine n'était pas utilisable, elle ressemblait plus à une marre à canard qu'à une piscine. Le propriétaire a essayé de régler le problème mais on ne peut pas dire que c'était une piscine de rêve comme indiqué dans la location. D'autre part, si toutes les chambres était impeccables, on ne peut pas en dire autant de la cuisine. En effet, c'était sale, équipé de matériel de 2 ou 3ème mains, bref pas facile de cuisiner dans ces conditions. Par contre, il y avait une quantité de vaisselle suffisante pour 12 personnes, bien qu'il fût assez judicieux de mettre à dispo des verres à vin digne de ce nom (on est quand même dans un pays de grands crus!!!) En bref, même si la maison est superbement située et spacieuse, le prix demandé est injustifié car il y a par ailleurs beaucoup de travaux de rénovation à faire. En conclusion, nous avons tout de même apprécié la région et malgré tout pu profiter de notre séjour en faisant abstraction de tous ces inconvénients et du prix surfait de passé 8000.00 euros. Our stay was great! We had unforgettable multi-generational holidays with dogs. Big thanks to Pia and Giuseppe. The private chef was also excellent! We'll definitely come back.

My wife and I along with two other couples spent five nights in this stately villa. While the roads leading to it are full of twists, bumps and hairpin turns, upon arrival you can fully appreciate the magnificent views as well as the home’s design and attention to detail. Franco and Pia are fabulous hosts and provided prompt answers to all of our queries along with restaurant suggestions and directions when needed. One night they arranged for a talented chef to prepare an exceptional dinner with wine pairings which was a definite highlight of our stay. I should mention that this property is not close to Cinque Terre but you can get there via the train system by driving to the La Spezia station which is about 18 miles away. From there you can travel by train to all 5 villages. There is also a nearby winery (‘Ca Lunae) which produces fantastic wines and offers tours and tastings which we highly recommend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Villa Vernazza and created many lasting memories!

We loved this place, the pool and property are beautiful, the communication with Pia and Giuseppe was very good. We had a total of 7 people over 2 weeks. I would never stay here without a car. Parking is easy, many yummy places to eat near the villa (5 minutes), grocery store is close, train, 10 minutes. We did day trips to Lucca, Portovenere, Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Carrera marble mines, and one overnight to Santa Margherita. The kitchen is perfect, the patio is magic, the outdoor shower is where most of us wanted to shower. Views are spectacular. The pasta class and cooking night with Antonella was magic. We also loved going to the local "bars" with the locals for Appertivo, so fun.Every morning we would head out to a local bakery to get fresh croissants and donuts. We had great weather, one day of rain in 14 days. We would love to return some day. Khalifa is the property on site manager and he is takes care of the grounds and pool and keeps it looking pristine.

The Villa was exactly as we expected only more so! Pia and Giovanni couldn't have been more welcoming and the Villa felt very homely and relaxing in its eclectic fabulous decor. We felt at home right away which was good as we were there for four weeks! We had family and friends stay at different times and all felt relaxed and enjoyed themselves either swimming in the huge lovely pool( which has a diving board) or doing basketball hoops or playing table tennis. There a masses of room so you don't feel on top of each other . Some of us did some sightseeing but the views and sunsets from the villa whilst having a barbecue or taking advantage of the chef and cooking lessons created some fabulous memories. Our hosts and concierge , Khalifa, were brilliant and answered any queries very quickly. I can't recommend highly enough !

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. Giuseppe and Pia were wonderful hosts and the concierge Kalifa was a bonus we were not expecting. Would stay again!

We spent a week in late May in this beautiful Villa. We really enjoyed the amazing views of the valley, surrounding mountains and the sea! The villa is very private with no close neighbors, a wonderful private pool, garden, fresh herbs and an olive grove. Giuseppe was a wonderful host who gave us great recommendations for excursions, shopping and dining.
