Endroit magnifique !
Publié le 8 juill. 2019 sur HomeAwayLe plus bel endroit que nous ayons loué jusqu’à présent. La vue est à couper le souffle! La villa est superbe et tout y est pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en famille! Grande piscine, ping-pong, pétanque, barbecue,... tout le monde s’y retrouve; petits, grands, très grands pour passer de moments inoubliables. Et la région est magnifique!

STUNNING panoramic view. We could have spent the whole day sitting and watching it!
The whole place is tastefully decorated, both large and cosy enough for adults and children to feel comfortable.
The house is located in the middle of an area full of beautiful sites to visit + moutains and beach...
Easy and quick contacts with the owner.
We spent a wonderful week despite the bad weather.
We cannot but recommend the place!

Maison sublime
Publié le 16 mai 2018 sur HomeAwayLa maison est magnifique !! Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. La terrasse est géniale et le jardin est superbe. Sans parler de la vue sur la vallée et les montagnes : on ne s'en lasse pas. Dommage que la piscine n'était pas ouverte : avec le beau temps qu'on a eu, on aurait pu en profiter. C'est sûr, on reviendra.

Beautiful Villa with Spectacular views

Located away from the crowded tourist attractions, it is the perfect spot to experience the beauty, tranquility and friendly people of Abruzzi. It is also a beautiful place to just stay put and relax by the pool.
Accommodations were spacious, comfortable and clean. Everywhere you turned was another breathtaking view. We were a large group with ages ranging from 3 to 83 years of age. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and amenities. There were absolutely no complaints during our entire 5-week stay. The property is well maintained by Luigi and Gabriella. We looked forward to friendly conversations with Luigi each day in Italian and English with the help of google.
Plenty of helpful local information was provided in a Welcome Book by Jane who was always available and responsive to our questions and need for assistance.
The surrounding Abruzzo area is beautiful, with mountains ,beaches and the villages of Penne, Elice, Castiliente and Citta Sant Angelo close by. The restaurant at the bottom of the hill is a big plus and the food is excellent.
We totally enjoyed the Abruzzi experience and highly recommend Casa Toti without hesitation. You do need to rent or hire a car at this location.

Beautiful home with every amenity. Attention to detail superb.

Peccato per il tempo...
Publié le 13 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayIl posto è incantevole, casa dotata di ogni comfort, immersa nella natura, con tante attività, anche se libri giochi e film disponibili sono solo in inglese. Peccato che abbia piovuto tutti i giorni e abbiamo poco sfruttato lo spazio esterno, d'estate deve essere molto piacevole. Proprietaria disponibile per qualsiasi problema.

Jane is very kind and quick to respond to any questions. We loved seeing Luigi every morning as he took care of the property.
We had a meal prepared for us too which was one of the greatest evenings ever!
We definitely look forward to returning to this amazing spot! Thank you!!
