-Unorganized hotel. Terribly managed. Facility is decent. Rooms basic. VIP Room is not much better than regular room, but double the price. Stay at Mango - better organized. -Breakfast buffet ran out of food. No solution. Many items on menu are not available. -Checkin is a nightmare. Keys missing. Keys don’t work and hand you a bunch of tiny tickets for access to pool - etc. They throw you these tiny tickets with tiny writing on them. Try to do this when you have multiple rooms. Throw all together. -Don’t have key holders. Try to manage dozens of tiny tickets without putting them in anything. Tiny tickets are for access to pool daily, access to Internet, and breakfast daily and all have dates on them. -No transportation available after 6PM. Charge by the hour, but driver cheats. Mango is better organized. Better choice in this area.

As an overnight stay waiting for a flight the next day Japi suited my needs. They provided a free shuttle next day. The hotel is about 6-7km out of town and I was dropped off at hotel by friends. Without transport will require a taxi or tricycle. Not much within easy walking distance of hotel.

Great if flying in or out of airport

Excellent place to stay if you are flying In or out of Cauayan. Fantastically helpful staff, nice pool and great breakfast
