Large Newly Remodeled Lake house right on the water. Sleeps 24+

This beautiful vacation spot consists of 3 houses on the property with 110` of waterfront on Cayuga Lake and a total 4,708 sq. ft. of space. The homes just underwent a full renovation which includes updated kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture. The homes can sleep 24+ in beds. There is a 75` dock with a sitting area at the end. The water is quite clear and not too deep so it stays relatively warm, great for swimming.

Main House: The Main House which has 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms is broken up into two spaces. The large space has the main common area which consists of a central kitchen overlooking the lake with granite countertops and all the amenities, an attached dining room that opens into the lake-facing living room with large glass windows overlooking the water, and a TV. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a sitting area, tv, and full bath overlooking the water, there is also a separate wing with two bedrooms one of which has two custom-made adult-size bunk beds in it and the second has a full bed. Also in the middle room, there is a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on the top. Sharing the same entrance to this house is a one-bedroom apartment. This one-bedroom has a full bathroom accessible only through the large bedroom, a connected kitchen, and a living room which opens into a spacious screened-in porch overlooking the water. Washer & Dryer, Tvs and A/C in most bedrooms and common areas.

Guest House: The Guest House which has 3 bedrooms and 1 ½ bathrooms consists of a kitchen which is on one side of a very large room making up the living room and dining room as well. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and one has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom. Washer/Dryer and a central A/C and heat in the home.

Tiki Cottage: The final house is a small 1-bedroom cottage. This house has a full bathroom and bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a nice deck overlooking the water.

The entire property except for the garage is available for guest use.
1. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is allowed outside the property only.
2. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during the hours of 10:00PM & 7:00AM.
3. Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the property is left excessively dirty.
4. Turn off all lights, and lock all doors and windows before leaving the property.
5. Please report any damages or issues immediately to your host.
6. Please do not take blankets, sheets, or bath towels from the house to the lake.
7. There is plenty of parking around the property. Please refer to the parking map located in the guidebook for details.
8. Keep all garbage and recycling inside the provided totes during your stay. Garbage & recycling pickup is on Wednesday.
9. If you are vacationing with your dog, please remember to crate them if you leave the property.
10. All animal waste is to be disposed of in an appropriate manner.

The home was beautiful and the view was amazing! Great property for multiple families or lots of people. The extra bedrooms and living space was wonderful. There is no hot tub but the outside firepit, chairs, etc. were used. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

A great house!

There were 16 of us and we all found comfortable rooms. The house had lots of space for meals, conversations, and games. The view of the lake was lovely, sunsets picture perfect.

Great Family Property!!

Our family of 20+ enjoyed our time at this property. It suited our needs very well. It was clean and well stocked so meal preparation was easy. Nice gas grill. Liked the ability to have a campfire each evening. Recommend for larger families.

Amazing spot such a great find! The view was amazing the hosts were amazing with everything! They even left us a welcome basket which was super sweet! More than enough room in each house! They had toilet paper paper towels beach towels extra blankets beds made with sheets on them it was amazing! Thank you guys for everything! We were here visiting for my sisters bachelorette party! They welcomed us with open arms which is hard for some to do when you tell them you’re coming with 21, 30 year old women for a bachelorette party! Very much appreciated! Book ASAP!! You won’t regret it and we plan to come back again with family!

Fall family getaway

The location of the property was convenient to all of the attractions in the area. It's east side location made for excellent sunset viewing over the lake. The property is spacious and allows for ample parking. The main house was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The tiki cottage was musty and we could not lock it when we left the house, which meant we had to move our valuables to the main house when we left the property. The guest cottage was nice, comfortable, and spacious. We would recommend this home for large family or friend groups! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed greatly, but……..

Had a wonderful time. Only two complaints, one was the odor from the septic system that you could smell. And the other was all the spider and dust webs in the house. Other than that, everything was fine!!! Thanks for having us!!

Lakefront Stay

All in all, the family had a great week at Cayuga Lake. The Tiki house door & screen had no lock on it from the outside & so had been open when we arrived & full of bugs. The sheets needed to be washed & remade & floor swept before we slept in the little tiki. There were toys for the kiddos & a little climbing set which they loved. Wood was available for fires. The kitchens were well supplied with equipment & having 3 kitchens was a lifesaver! Many memories were made this week!

Excellent family reunion property

We were quite delighted with our stay at this quality property. There were a couple of minor issues including one bed not being prepared prior to our arrival, several electric outlets not working in the kitechen, and the freezer frozen up in the main kitchen. And the BBQ grill had not been cleaned. Othere than that, this property was ideal for our family gathering. We noticed upon arrival that there was only one person involved in the cleaning and prep of the home.. This home requires more than one person to adequately prepare it in the time allotted.

Perfect property for family groups

This property is set up perfectly for family groups. We loved the welcome basket set out by our host. The three buildings on the property were very clean and the layout was great for our group (plenty of common space for group meals, playing games and movie nights as well as quiet areas to be away from the group if desired). The house had everything we needed including small kitchen appliances (the countertop ice machine was a real crowd pleaser!), toys for the kids, puzzles and streaming services for when it rained. The only thing that we’d change if possible was the accessibility to the water. The rock wall at the shoreline made actually getting into the water a task…especially for the little ones in our group. Installing some stairs off of the dock into the water or removing some of the rocks between the lawn and the water would make a huge difference. Over all though we were very impressed with this property and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Enjoyable Lake House Stay

This lake house is located in the convenient area to enjoy everything, including watching lake, fishing from the shore, winery tours, and boat cruising. There are a couple of similar houses nearby and it was not quiet at night because everybody wanted to do the same; go outside, chat, drink and play games. This is not the fault of owner but you need to understand the proximity of neighbors. Internet connection is not stable and we needed to restart the router a couple of times a day. One thing that owner could improve is cleanness. We respected the owner and took our shoes off after arrival. In 10 minutes, the bottom of our socks became black and dirty. We started cleaning the house by ourselves and collected animal hairs to the trash cans. Some of the rooms are a little bit smelly and we needed to keep windows open for a while. I am afraid the owner might not not be aware of the quality of cleaning service. It is a big property and a lot of work needs to be done but a little bit better service would increase the satisfaction of customers. The outside of house was well maintained and comfortable. Overall, this was a memorable vacation time for all of us and we took a lot of pictures and enjoyed our stay at this house.

A lovely family reunion on Cayuga Lake.

There were 18 adults and 1 baby, but some of us came and went during the week as work required. The lake was mostly calm, and shallow enough near the shore, even for the baby. All linens and paper goods and some games and so on were supplied by the host. Some places on the property smelled a bit musty and the particular week we were then was hot and muggy enough that we would have appreciated central air. Overall a very nice time was had by all.

Great spot on Cayuga Lake

This is an outstanding location. The lake is warm and shallow, great for swimming, and three kayaks are included. Even the six-year-old in our group was able to master paddling a kayak. And the fishing was good for perch and bluegill. The housing is basic, livable – except for the tiki cabin, which was pretty grubby, especially its bathroom. Overall, we had a great week!

Floors and Bathrooms

Bathrooms were very dirty and the floors looked like they were never mopped. The bathroom floors were black. The floors throughout the house were extremely dirty. Our white socks were black within an hour. When we used the dry Swiffer mop it picked up a lot of loose dirt and the mop was black when done.

Family Reunion at Finger Lakes

This was a fabulous site with plenty of room for all 23 of us! The kitchen(s) were well-stocked and easy to prepare meals for all of us. Lots of space outdoors and a great dock for a boat and fishing. Justin, the property manager, was delightful to work with responding to questions almost instantly. Check-in was quick and easy. No complaint from our group!
