The service is excellent.
I still have problem with my deposit after checker out on the 3rd of august,I am still awaiting for reimbursement after 18 days,no Word even the desk said not suppose to exced 3 days.
Now it's on manager hands after call.
No reason the customers has to find out but the responsability of the Hotel administration to handle that.
Await and See.

The newly renovated Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook is a gateway to the charming Port Jefferson Village, the historic Stony Brook Village. Our guest rooms are big and spacious.
