Avis Large Panoramic House - 45 mins drive into Rome its Airports and Cruise Port

Beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful location with gorgeous views. It's a bit far from any major city, which required renting a car (not a fan of driving in Italy), but leaving the busy cities and returning there to relax at the end of the day in a hot tub overlooking the sea was definitely worth it. We were welcomed with a generous gift basket filled with delicious treats, including one of the best wines I ever tasted. Beatrice was great about keeping in touch and making sure that we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home. We had the best time!! We loved how spacious and clean the house was and how welcome we felt on arrival. The views from the garden are spectacular especially with a glass of Prosecco in hand (and sitting in the hot tub)! The notes on your website were super useful - our favourite place was the Trattoria up in Sasso! So close and so lovely. I would recommend others to do the walk around the Estruscan tombs - the age of them defies belief! We spent two days in Rome and found it quite easy to get there and back. Rome was amazing, and it was lovely to get back to the coolness of Sassolino after a hot day seeing the sites. Your parking tip was great! I will be back in touch when next in Europe! Seven of us, ranging from our fifties to 80s, stayed in the home for four days. Communication with the owner was amazing. She did everything possible to provide a good experience. The house was lovely and private. Views were awesome. Close to many things to see. My parents are 80 and it was nice having a first floor master bedroom and bathroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The hot tub was a nice bonus.
