Spa ungeeignet für Businesstrips

Für einen Businesstrip ungeeignet. Personal sehr freundlich jedoch der Service war zum Teil ungenügend. Personal spricht zum Teil ein schlechtes English, was es nicht einfacher macht. Das Haus ist groß mit eigenem Spa Bereich. Der Pool ist schön. Liegt schön im Grünen. Es gibt ein kostenfreies Angebot um an den Strand zu fahren. Eigenes Restaurant.

每次出入房間都有專車接送很有貴賓的感覺,房間很大很舒適,還有專門放行李的小房間,玻璃頂淋浴間也很讚

Det forhenværende lux spa

Vi blev mødt af smilende personaler ved hotellet . Min hytte låg 200 meter væk fra pool og morgenmad området. Området hvor hytten ligger er ikke særlig velholdt. Brusehovedet kalket til . Maling skæller af væggene . Aircon virkede i perioder . Bedre personale om hjælp til dagstur med taxa, det kunne de ikke hjælpe med da de ikje kørte disse ture. Da jeg ville have hjælp fra en anden taxa kunne jeg ikke få hjælpe . ( ikke tale engelsk ) morgenmad typisk thai med ris og andre skønne retter . På forespørgsel laver de skønne æg ligesom du ønsker det. Lækker stor pool med sparsom poolbar . Stedet har engang været et luskus spa ophold men den tid er forbi.

I was very disappointed to read of your experience. I do aplogize with sincerity. I certainly empathize regarding the points you mention in your review, especially the weak shower head and air condition system that we will fix immediately. The level of service which you noted, was not helpful to guests enough by our standards both for our staff and the external taxi service, and will be addressed with the concerned party. I can’t wait to return!

As soon as my I arrived with my group, we were greeted with an iced ginger tea, a towel to cool us down, and a very kind staff that was eager to make our experience the best from the start. My friends and I each booked our own villas, which made our stay even better. Everything was beautiful. The shower room was definitely my FAVORITE part of the entire stay, but it had to beat my in-room massage suite, my jetted hot tub, private toilet closet, huge comfortable bed, and large balcony with a lounge area for two people. The pool was amazing and the resort itself was beautiful and well taken care of. I decided to invest in an in-room body scrub and massage, and the experience was divine. To know that I didn’t have far to go after my masseuse expertly rubbed me down made the experience all the more enjoyable. If you are considering this resort, I would go ahead and book it. I have no regrets.

Staff is terrible

Staff is terrible and it is not very clean. Everything is outdated. Breakfast is almost horrible. Hotel desperately needs repair. Big one and it should be done a long time ago.

Our experience with this hotel was very nice. They were really friendly and helpful. They could be the best if they knew better English and more clean the room such as the curtains.
