The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. However we were woke up during the night by other guest on our floor being very noisy in the hall, the door and walls did not do much to reduce the noise from the hallway.

Room and bed was comfortable. Chairs were hard. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Ants in the bathroom and it took a good 5 min of running water before it got hot. A deposit of $100 was put on my bill for “incidentals” which I was told was due to a recent renovation and guests trashing the rooms. Since it was just my 94 yr old mother and I, this seemed unnecessary and I have not yet got a receipt showing it was refunded. In fact, I was told the staff couldn’t give me a receipt since I’d booked online. I have yet to receive one.
