Publié le 15 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayI've stayed at many different places in Florida. This was the best yet. The place was beautiful, clean and well located. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and flatware. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook up a meal when we stayed in. The pool and outdoor furniture was enjoyable with seating for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The management company was outstanding. They replied quickly to any questions we had and immediately addressed any issues that arose. (The wind caused a tear in the roof of the screen over the lania. This was speedily fixed to keep our outdoors area free from bugs.) Thank you for a marvelous extended (5 week) stay!

Like a resort
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fabulous time in this beautiful home. Was close to everything we wanted to do (golf, Universal, etc.). Owner and property management company communicated quickly and were always friendly. I highly recommend. I will say that we went on spring break week, so some of the neighbors were a little loud and the noise ordinance past 10p was definitely not endorsed, but I take that as a one off as I was there during one of the busiest weeks of the year, and that is no reflection on this house in particular, which was amazing.

Good Stay but can’t flush toilet paper

Property management was timely and responsive.
House was well equipped with what families need.
Had to have maintenance out twice for a bathroom on the main level. Was told to not flush toilet paper, the plumbing cannot handle it and that is the reason they have garbage cans next to the toilets.

Hello!We really appreciate your feedback and we are happy to know that you and your family enjoyed your stay at our home. We are sad to hear that you were disappointed that you couldn't flush toilet paper down the toilet. In our records, we find that shortly after you entered the house, just a few instants before New Year, we received your message saying " Two toilets on the first floor do not seem to be flushing properly. Also the freezer is dripping water and making a sizzling noise upon the water dripping". As the house had been inspected shortly before your arrival and there were no irregularities, we sent a maintenance member to resolve your complaints. The maintenance report states that the freezer was in perfect working order and there was a toilet clogged with a large amount of toilet paper, which was easily resolved with the plunger that was next to the toilet.
Due that, it was recommended not to throw toilet paper down the toilet. The next day, we received your new message saying that the toilet was clogged and again there was a large amount of toilet paper inside the toilet, which was solved with the plunger.
For our guests convenience, all bathrooms are equipped with trash cans next to the toilets, not only for throwing toilet paper, but also cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, Tissues, Trash of any kind. Once again we apologize for the inconveniences!

Nice place
Publié le 6 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayNeeds updating on pots and pans. Also needs a new toaster. Only cooked one side of the bread. Suggest you replace it with a 4 slice toaster. Other than that it was nice.

Thankful Family
