"Normally, I would have never actually stayed at this hotel. By mistake, I didn’t have a visa to re-enter Vietnam and I was stuck on the Cambodian side of the border for a week. I wanted to stay as close to the border as possible and it just so happened, this hotel had more reasonable rates than the others nearby - along with more room photo appeal. The check-in process is mostly done through your Expedia, Agoda or other travel app. Oddly enough, the hotel accepts USD but doesn’t have tap-to-pay like Applecard or Visa /Mastercard. The room I had was excellent. A King Sized bed and bathroom with enough luxury to be fit to “casino weekend getaway “ standards. Upon check-in I was presented with a fruit basket with very tasty fruit. There are problems with this hotel. #1:: there is no pool or spa- which would make it perfect. #2: they don’t accept via/mastercard or tap to pay- nor do they have an ATM on premises. This is a casino- why is there no ease of pay or money getting??? There are plenty of restaurants around but it’s all Asian food. There are only a few restaurants nearby in walking distance for western food like steak, pizza, fried chicken sandwiches, burgers, fries, etc. Each day, I was given a voucher to breakfast (6AM -9AM). Breakfast was fried noodles, fried rice, fish, fruit trays and a few dim sum options with teas, juice and soda. OK but not “great”. I stayed here for a week and this hotel was very accommodating. That is why I give it 5 stars."

"Pleasantly surprised. Super fast check-in, clean room, bed is a little hard, no conditioner, but all in all worth the price."
