Check in process was not great. The staff member was not able to check me in right away even though the funds had come out of the account already. Reservation had been made hours beforehand and Expedia hadn’t

Someone knocked ( loudly ) on my door at 2:37am and wakes me from a sound sleep. When I got up to ck the peephole? I didn’t see anyone there… definitely didn’t imagine this. That isn’t anything management can ‘fix,’ unfortunately. My room was very clean, comfortable, accessible and in a good area of the hotel. Great check-in and check-out.

The quality was very rough. We only used it for sleeping as we were out most of the day but the shower and bathroom as a whole was very run down. The walls looked rough and the air conditioner was extremely loud. Overall it was an alright stay. I felt safe and had a bed that didn’t feel dirty so that’s the most important thing, but the place could definitely use some maintenance work.

The room was musty and smelled. The inside door handle fell off when we arrived. The door closed and it fell to the floor. The fold out bed was gross. Dirty sheets on it. I would not stay at this hotel ever again!
