The room smelled like urine and they had plug in air fresheners to mask the smell - which it didn’t. The toilet leaked, the beds were sagging in the middle and the floors felt sticky.

Staff of one was most accommodating. He was patient and helpful. Room is lovely, warm and comfortable

Internet was intermittent. Ice machine did not work on our floor. Limited breakfast selection. Only one waffle machine
