Our family loves to barbeque, gather and enjoy playing games while enjoying this beautiful property while sitting on an acre of land, star gazing. The Cozy Cove on Sugar Creek has Wifi with flat Screen Televisions in every room with Fire Sticks to enjoy which ever country's event you choose.
The Cozy Cove on Sugar Creek central air/heating-conditioning makes it most comfortable. Our Kitchen was built and designed with culinary care with all the modern conveniences and appliances for cooking.

The Cozy Cove is minutes away from Charlotte Speed Way, Downtown Charlotte’s Sports Arenas and Amusement Parks, Greenways, Lakes and UNC College! For our Pet Lovers there is an additional $50.00 cleaning charged for their stay.

Comfortable stay

We stayed here on a guys trip to attend the PGA Championship at Quail Hallow. Everything on the property was as pictured on the listing. The house was in good/clean condition and very comfortable to stay at. The beds were large and comfortable. There was a TV in every room, though we only utilized the living room and game room. The property is large which allowed room to move, which is important for those who want to stay here with kids and don't want to have them play near the road. The game room was very nice with a large TV and air conditioning. We were able to play pool and watch golf or baseball, which was perfect for a guys trip. The house is equipped with a security system that tells you when doors are open. I only mention this because we had a laugh when we first opened the door and heard "Front door open". I stopped and said, "Hello? Sorry if we just broke into your house". We would, without a doubt, stay here anytime we are in the Charlotte area in the future!

Lovely patio and game room was nice!

We enjoyed our stay in Charlotte. The house was 15 minutes from campus where we moved our daughter out for the summer. I enjoyed sitting on the comfy couch outside under the awning while my husband played pool in the garage that opened up to the outside. Living room was spacious When we had our kids over briefly between events and kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Thank you for the stay.Only suggestions we have would be to repair peeling paint in the bedroom hallway and the bathroom sink does not drain properly. Otherwise lovely!

Great house in great location

Perfect for our trip. A pretty house with all we needed for a two-night stay with two children. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool table and watching TV, and we played Frisbee in the backyard and a game of Monopoly (we brought the Frisbee). Easy access to PNC Pavilion, NODA, and downtown. A nice place in Charlotte area for a good price

The house is a well maintained older home in an area not far from shopping and fine dining as well as downtown. My only suggestion would be to install a chair height toilet. I would definitely consider staying again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and we choose the property because of the location. However there are a couple of this that need improvement. 1. Ice maker and one of the stove burner didn’t work 2. Family pictures in the living room made me feel that another family was staying with us 3. It was great to have a washer and dryer but the area was not appealing. It was an storage room with paint other stuff 4. The same goes for the pool room. Had a great time playing pool specially on the rainy days. Enjoyed listening to Christmas music while playing pool. Removing the stuff that doesn’t work will make the room very appealing. I have stayed in many properties through the years. I don’t mean to put your house down because we had a good time.

Nice and clean house. The house is on a very busy road. Not good for pets or small children. The game room in the garage was dirty.
