I feel that y'all need to tighten up on your workers that clean the rooms because they don't know what they doing also this is very inconvenient not to have breakfast like they used to in the mornings

Our room had roach infestation, the lady at the desk was nice and gave us another room that looked to be bug free.

There is no breakfast and it says online that they have breakfast

I booked 3 Nights.After the first night I was getting ready to go shopping. The maid came by and asked if I was staying another night. I said yes and didn't need any towels. When I came back my key would't work and when I looked in the window all my stuff was gone.When I went to the office they told me I was in a different room. I told them I know which room I was in but would check the other room for my stuff which wasn't there.I went back to the office and finally they found all my stuff in their back room.They had no expanation as to why my belongings were packed up.I had a medical device that I used twice a day and some of the parts were missing. Those were never found.Needless to say I left that day..DO NOT STAY HERE!
