Attente de remboursements,et enquette au telephone

Pour un court séjour c'est parfait nous n'avons pas trouvé l'hôtel malgré les bonnes intentions des 10ou 12personnes qui nous ont renseignees.Nous avons enfin trouvé un hôtel Holiday inn auprès de Newton,qui nous a dit qu'il ferait le nécessaire pour nous faire rembourser j'attends de voir hôtel.com pour rembourser

The property was run down and dirty. The furniture chipped everywhere. The first room we were put in smelled is smoke, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and the a/c wasn’t working correctly. The second room smelled like mold and mildew. The third room I finally settled on, which was the only one left was ok but there was mold in the bathroom and the door frames and hinges were rusty. The hallways looked like the hadn’t been vacuumed in months and were extremely dirty. Some unfortunate sole got stuck in the elevator. Overall a bad experience. Won’t stay there again.

Our room wasn’t cleaned day one. Day two when they cleaned our beds were not made, the Kleenex was not replaced (it was empty), the coffee was not refilled, and we did not have a bath mat. The water temperature in the sink NEVER got warm let alone hot. The shower was just warm enough to not be uncomfortable. Al the staff we came in contact with was FANTASTIC.

Everything was wonderful. I was a little worried After reading some of the negative comments, however I could not have been more presently surprised. A wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect.
